No. Browsing, searching, filtering, the map and comparing machines are all open to everyone. You only need a free buyer account to send an inquiry, save machines or set alerts — and WhatsApp always works without any account.

The price shown is the honest asking price with no hidden charges. Reasonable negotiation is always possible — send an inquiry or WhatsApp us with the Equipment ID (like ALI-0042) and our team will talk to you directly.

Absolutely — we encourage it. Every machine can be physically inspected at its location or our yard. Many listings also carry our point-by-point Inspection Report with any issues disclosed honestly.

Our team physically checked that machine on 15 points — engine, hydraulics, undercarriage/tyres, cabin, leaks, documents and more. ✓ OK means working fine, ⚠ means we found an issue and disclosed it, N/A means not applicable.

Every deal is handled end-to-end by Ali Equipments. We verify the machine, fix the price, arrange inspection, handle negotiation, documentation and delivery support. You never have to chase an unknown seller.

Yes — we arrange transport anywhere in India on trusted trailers, including loading, permits and unloading. Delivery cost depends on distance and machine size; we quote it upfront.

Yes. RC transfer, NOC, hypothecation removal, duplicate documents — our Services desk handles the complete paperwork, even for machines you didn't buy from us. See the Services page.

Two ways: (1) 'We Buy' — tell us the machine and expected price, we inspect and buy it directly. (2) Seller account — list it yourself with photos and your quote price; our team reviews it, sets the public price and handles all buyer contact for you.

Your quote is the amount you receive when the deal closes. The display price buyers see includes Ali Equipments' service margin on top — that margin covers marketing, buyer handling, inspection and deal support.

Yes — many machines are available for rent (short term) or lease (6 months to 3+ years). Use the Rent/Lease filter. If a rate shows 'Price on Request', send an inquiry and we'll share it.

Set your filters on the Buy Equipment page (e.g. 'JCB Backhoe under ₹20L in Maharashtra') and tap 'Save this search'. The moment a matching machine goes live, you'll see it in My Panel → Alerts — plus an email and phone notification if you enabled them.

We use your number only to contact you about machines you asked about. Numbers are OTP-verified, never sold, and seller contact details are never shown publicly.

We don't finance directly yet, but banks and NBFCs finance used equipment up to 90% of value. Tell us on the inquiry and we'll point you to finance options for that machine.

All of India, plus Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and more) with listings in local currencies. Machines can be inspected where they stand.

Machines with the blue verification tick are Ali Equipments' own inventory — sold directly by us, inspected in-house, honestly priced, with full RC-transfer and delivery support. Other machines show the seller's Trust badge, and those deals are still handled end-to-end by our team.

Yes — tap 'Continue with Google' on any buyer or seller login page. No password to remember; first time we ask only for your phone number, since our team confirms every deal on a call. Already have an account with that number? A one-time OTP links your Google to it, and both become one account.

Yes. Buyers get a '🚜 Sell a Machine' button in My Panel, and sellers get '❤️ Saved & Inquiries' on their dashboard — save machines, send inquiries, set alerts, or list equipment, all from the same login.

Used machines are sold as-is-where-is with inspection encouraged before purchase. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund of your token/advance (within 7 working days). After delivery, sales are final — except verified material misrepresentation reported within 72 hours. Full details: aliequipments.com/return-policy.

Only if you asked for them. There is a tick box — 'Send me new machine alerts & offers on WhatsApp' — on our enquiry forms and in your profile. Untick it, or reply STOP to any such message, and we stop permanently: your number goes on a suppression list that every future campaign checks. Messages about a machine you actually enquired about are not marketing and continue either way. We also cap how many promotional messages any one person can get in a month, and we remove duplicate numbers before sending, so you are never messaged twice for the same thing.

Reply STOP on WhatsApp, untick the WhatsApp updates box in My Panel → My details, or just tell our team on a call. It takes effect immediately and costs nothing. If you want your number removed from our records entirely, email info@aliequipments.com and we will delete it.
